Z-SYSTEMS z-16.16r Digital Detangler Pro

Pro Series AES/EBU Digital audio router.

The Digital Detangler Pro series makes connecting audio equipment simple. Ideal for use with digital audio workstations, CD players, signal processors and converters, the Digital Detangler Pro units act as an automated patchbay, an AES/EBU router and a distribution amplifier. They allow single sources to drive multiple destinations, with channel switches from multiple sources to a single output. The Digital Detangler Pro is operated via the optional remote control unit, which controls up to four Detangler Pros. It can also be operated via RS-422 serial port under software control (Windows and Mac software available). The z-16.16r features 16 AES/EBU inputs and 16 AES/EBU outputs on 25-pin D-sub connectors, with D-sub to XLR cable harnesses available.
