HHB Customers enjoy the support of Europe's largest independent pro audio service facility. The 2,000 square foot technical department at our London headquarters has its own, dedicated reception and is home to seven highly-experienced and fully-trained engineers. Where possible we carry our own large inventory of spare parts, so we don't have to wait for supplies from manufacturers, and we've invested more than £250,000 in all the latest analogue and digital test and measurement systems. What's more, the HHB technical department is approved by most leading manufacturers, ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of after sales service.
HHB now offers the services of four Avid Certified Service Representative (ACSR) PT400 Pro Tools trained engineers. HHB and Scrub are the only companies in the UK with four ACSR accredited engineers, making them the most qualified team of specialists to provide first-line support for Avid Pro Tools and Pro Tools HD customers.
The ACSR certification provides even further depth to the Pro Tools services offered by HHB's Technical Department, which includes presales workflow and integration consultation, predelivery and onsite configuration and set up and after-sales support and training.
Both HHB and Scrub, its Soho-based subsidiary specialising in serving the post production industry, provide technical support for clients, with a strong focus on Avid Pro Tools as well as other Apple and PC based DAW's. All systems are put though several hours running busy sessions so they are proven to be reliable under heavy working conditions before leaving the premises. HHB and Scrub also offer an annual 'MOT Service' that provides maintenance and evaluation of your facilities' equipment with suggestions for upgrades and improved efficiency.
