Steps we have taken
The Board are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems to prevent and eliminate bribery, in accordance with the Act, and have taken the following steps:
- Issued an anti-bribery and corruption policy, together with policies on gifts and corporate hospitality (including a Register of Interests);
- Supporting individuals to report suspected bribery in accordance with the policies and procedures;
- Ongoing training and awareness for existing and new employees.
