The HHB Technical Support team is trusted across the UK by leading broadcasters, post-production houses, and recording studios. HHB customers benefit from the peace of mind that comes with engaging our Technical Support team. Our engineers can be depended on for configuration, installation, after-sales support, repairs, and training services. After installation clients can be assured that if anything does happen our staff will provide the help needed to ensure as little down time as possible. Jon Parkes joins the Technical Support team and brings a wealth of engineering knowledge to the company’s team of qualified experts. His appointment will further strengthen an already well-respected team.
Parkes joined HHB having previously working at several post-production facilities including Envy, Unit Studios, and Hogarth. As an experienced support engineer, adept at troubleshooting and diagnostics, Jon comes to HHB with a host of skills. His abilities are not only in audio workflows but also IP networking, storage architecture, and system administration. Parkes studied Music Technology at Leeds Metropolitan University and has several support accreditations including Avid Certified Support Representative for both Pro Tools and S6 consoles.
“Jon Parkes is a great addition to our Technical Support team, having proven himself to be accomplished engineers through their previous roles” says John Johnson, CTO at HHB Communications. “I know our customers are in safe hands with him, whether it’s a studio install, software upgrade, annual maintenance or troubleshooting.”
