HHB Communications
Our headquarters located at 73-75 Scrubs Lane, London NW10 6QU will be closed as of 17:30 on 22/12. The office will reopen for regular operating hours on 3/1 at 9:00. The last shipment from HHB will take place on 20/12.
Scrub
Our Scrub sales team and Experience Centre located at 69 Wells Street, London W1T 3QB will be closed as of 18:00 on 22/12. The office will reopen for regular operating hours on 3/1 at 9:30. The last day to book a demonstration at the Experience Centre will be 21/12. The last local delivery will be 20/12.
Service
The Service team will be working on repairs until the 22/12. After the 23rd the team will be able to accept online repair requests however, response to these requests will commence after the office opens on 3/1.
Tech Support
Our Technical Support team will be unavailable from 22/12 after 18:00 but resume regular hours on 3/1. For those with Avid Support contracts, Avid has 24/7 support that can be reached at Avid Support.
