From My Products, navigate to the gray dropdown bar entitled ‘Auto-Tune Hybrid’. Within it, you’ll find a serial number and a redemption link for Auto-Tune Hybrid. Copy the serial number and click the redemption link to navigate to Antares’ site where you can access your free product.
How do I access my Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence?
From My Account, click Products Not Yet Downloaded. Your Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence is not yet activated. When you are ready, you will need to download and activate your licence from this page.
After I register my Carbon audio interface, do I get a Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence instead of the Pro Tools annual subscription that typically comes with Carbon, or do I get both?
You get both! When you purchase and register your Carbon on or before September 15, 2021, you will not only get the Pro Tools annual subscription that already comes with your interface, you’ll also get access to a Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence.
I’d like to use up my free year of annual subscription before accessing my free year of Pro Tools | Ultimate–can I do that?
Yes! Your Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence is automatically deposited into your MyAvid account’s Products Not Yet Downloaded. The clock does not start ticking on the Update and Support plan for this new perpetual licence until you’ve activated it from this page.
Do I get to keep Pro Tools | Ultimate forever, even after the included Annual Update and Support plan expires?
Yes! Perpetual licences remain active in your account forever. And when you activate your Perpetual licence, an Annual Update and Support plan kicks in, which gives you all new releases for a full year. At the end of the annual term, you can choose to renew your support plan or let it expire. If you let it expire, you’ll keep your Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence along with the most recent version you downloaded and installed – forever.
With a Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licence, will I have access to Pro Tools Inner Circle rewards, HEAT analog console modeling, and the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle?
Pro Tools Inner Circle rewards, HEAT, and the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle are included with Pro Tools subscriptions exclusively. They are not included with Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licences.
