Audinate, developer of industry-leading Dante networking technology, have appointed HHB Communications Ltd. as the first authorised UK and Ireland reseller of the game-changing award-winning Dante Domain Manager Platform.
With many Audinate partner products confirmed as ‘Dante Domain Manager-ready’ the new application is a very welcome addition, bringing security and a clear overview to Dante networks whilst allowing seamless connection and management of Dante systems utilising an intuitive and responsive application that runs on desktop and server platforms. Dante Domain Manager allows users to protect systems from unwanted changes and define specific device groupings room, facility or site-wide. It also provides the critical features required to manage a network of any size.
HHB Director of Sales, Martin O’Donnell commented on the new appointment, “Dante and AES67 have become a key element of the Broadcast and Post Production systems we supply and the additional network management and security that DDM offers will only help strengthen Audinate’s position as the leading force in AoIP technology. The experience of our DDM-qualified engineers combined with the broad range of AoIP products we represent in the UK and Ireland is helping us solve the audio networking challenges our customers are facing in a wide variety of different applications. Our leading AoIP partners presently include Amphenol, Avid Pro Tools, BSS, Dolby, Focusrite PRO, Genelec, Lynx Studio, NTP, Studer, Studio Technologies, Wohler and Yellowtec.”
Audinate continue to see considerable growth in the number of Dante enabled products arriving in the market place and with a steady increase in the number of manufacturers becoming Dante partners the outlook is very positive and another reason why the introduction of Dante Domain Manager (DDM) is perfectly timed.
The Dante Domain Manager is available in three different versions:
Silver: Ideal for smaller installations, Gold: Suited to many mid-sized environments, involving multiple rooms and public spaces and finally Platinum: Designed for enterprise facilities with multiple rooms, users and devices.
