HHB Communications
Our headquarters located at 73-75 Scrubs Lane, London NW10 6QU will be closed as of 17:30 on 23/12. The office will reopen for regular operating hours on Friday the 2 of January at 9:00. The last shipment from HHB will take place on Friday 19/12, please have any new orders confirmed by Thursday 18/12 to ensure delivery.
Scrub
Our Scrub sales team and Experience Centre located at 69 Wells Street, London W1T 3QB will be closed as of 18:00 on Tuesday23/12. The office will reopen for regular operating hours on Friday 2/1 at 9:30. The last day to book a demonstration at the Experience Centre will be 19/12. The last local delivery will be Friday 19/12, please have any new orders confirmed by Thursday 18/12 to ensure delivery.
Service
The Service team will be working on repairs until the Tuesday 23/12. After the 23rd the team will be able to accept online repair requests however, response to these requests will commence after the office opens on 2/1. Please note that the Service team will be closed for stock take Thursday the 18th through Friday the 19th so any new projects may be delayed.
Tech Support
Our Technical Support team will be unavailable from Tuesday 23/12 after 18:00 but resume regular hours on Thursday 2/1. For those with Avid Support contracts, Avid has 24/7 support that can be reached at Avid Support.
