Support

Scott joined the HHB team in 2023 and works as a technical support engineer, responsible for configuring Avid Pro Tools systems as well as providing technical support to clients whenever needed. Outside of HHB, Scott enjoys making music, watching movies and going to gigs.

Jake joined HHB as an Assistant tech support engineer in September 2022. With a background in audio tech and studying sound engineering and design at university. Jake's interests outside of HHB include music production, live comedy/music, socialising, skateboarding and football.

Lukas joined HHB in 2022 as an assistant technical support engineer. With a background in music and recording technology, he configures Avid Pro Tools and Dolby Atmos systems, and provides technical support to Scrub and HHB Clients. Outside of his work, Lukas enjoys going to the cinema, reading, and socialising.

Jon joined the HHB Team in 2021 as a technical support engineer. With a background in tech support and engineering for Post Production, he is responsible for configuring Avid Pro Tools systems as well as providing technical support to HHB Clients and customers whenever needed. Outside of HHB, Jon enjoys playing guitar, working on motorcycle projects and listening to prog.

Oli joined the tech support team in 2018 and works as a technical support engineer, responsible for configuring and soak testing Avid Pro Tools Systems, and Dolby Atmos HE-RMUs. Outside of HHB, Oli enjoys watching Top Gun, playing volleyball, high fives and watching Top Gun.

John Johnson joined HHB in 2006, and is the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for managing the Technical Support Team, and providing pre-sales project consultancy across HHB group. With over a decade of experience in Post Production Audio,  JJ is the person to talk to if you’re considering integrating Audio over IP, Dolby Atmos, Pro Tools, Avid control surfaces, and much more.
