It provides 7200 rpm drives and compatibility with USB 2.0, Time Machine and USB 3.0-compatible on Mac computers. A fanless design and unique aluminium heat sink design makes it energy efficient and virtually silent. Additional power efficiency is provided via control of the unit’s idle mode and a deep sleep on/off mode.
