The TG2 is a recreation of a preamp used in popular recording and mastering consoles used in the late 60’s and early 70’s. This preamp features discrete transformer-balanced amplifiers and offers a warm, smooth tone with an open, clear top end. In addition to a balanced XLR mic input, there’s also a DI input. Controls include 15-position input level switch, output fader, phase reverse, and +48V phantom power.
