The Germanium 500 MKII is an updated version of the original with an improved faceplate layout and nicer look. It uses germanium transistors in all class A, transformer balanced circuits, and the same transformers and amp blocks as the original. It also features updated power so there are no power up issues with 500 series racks. This series of germanium products runs on high power, high current, and features optimised output before clipping.
