At HHB, we work hard to minimise our impact on the environment and our use of the planet's precious resources.
Lighting at our London headquarters is low energy wherever possible and we use low-emission computer screens. Our delivery vans run on LPG and we run a bike to work scheme to encourage our staff to cycle to work. We recycle paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, toner cartridges and wooden pallets, and all of our redundant computer hardware is donated to charity.
All HHB-branded products use recyclable packaging.
We are fully compliant with the WEEE regulations (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Registration number WEE/BJ0049TZ.
All the products we sell that are manufactured after July 2006 are RoHS compliant, and our service department uses lead free solder.
Globally recognised institute the Sonic Arts Research Centre (SARC) at Queen’s University Belfast has welcomed a brand new immersive sound facility featuring an Avid S6 M10 with MTRX, Dolby ATMOS HE-RMU and Genelec 8040 + 1032 Sub monitoring set up supplied by HHB Communications.
