This is an incremental update which provide the following additional improvements

• An auto-track ID bug has been fixed that meant that audio threshold triggers were not recognised if the RECORD button was used to initialise the recording (and the ID mode then changed to AUTO).
• Improved playability of poor-quality discs. If a disc is proving difficult to play, some control via the front panel or remote control is maintained, allowing playback to be stopped without resorting to rebooting the whole recorder. Typically in this situation, the unit will respond to a STOP or EJECT command within 2-3 seconds. Also, in the event a disc cannot be read reliably, it will no longer play audio extracts from previous tracks or discs that were stored in the audio buffer.
• A FFWD/FREW monitoring problem with the newer DH-22A9P drives has been fixed.
• A DiscCopy bug with low-speed (1-4x) CDRW discs that prevented the copy process completing properly has been fixed
• A SCMS (serial copy management system), i.e., copy protection, status bug has been fixed. Each track recorded in real-time or copied via Program Copy or DiscCopy will adopt the status as set from RECORD=>SCMS option in the MENU system. The options available are “Permit Copies” (default), “Copy Once” and “Copy Prohibit”.
• CD Text keyboard entry. A bug which allows the character-entry buffer to overflow and lock up the whole recorder has been fixed.
