Røde offers a 10 year warranty that covers parts and labour on all of its products. In the UK warranty support is provided by Source Distribution, the official Røde distributor, and is only valid when products are purchased from an authorised UK based reseller (proof of purchase will be required before any warranty work can be undertaken).
Røde microphones purchased from dealers in Germany or other countries and imported into the UK will not be supported in the UK by Source Distribution, and will have to be returned to the original country of purchase for warranty support.
